The food was pretty good, but their prices don’t match what you pay. My friend payed almost double what the dish was listed for. Not sure why. I doubt I’d go back because of the price. Food was good though!

Great food! Decent prices. Generous portions. Been going here for years. My Daughter grew up with previous owners children. Lunch pricing is really great for the amount of food you get. Nice folks.

The food is always really good , flavorful, and fresh. A bit pricey but portions are big and you get what you pay for. The best takeout Chinese I have had since I moved here.

This is by far my favorite chinese spot in the area. I've dined in several times, each time ordering something different than before and I've never been disappointed. The food is absolutely delicious EVERY time. The service is great as well. I've had the same server each time, and he's always on point. Today I ordered carryout and once again, I'm impressed. They were very quick with my to-go order and made sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend this place.

Nice lunch menu. $7.25 for general tso chicken, fried rice, 2 crab rangoon, and egg drop soup. Knocked it down a star due to wait staff being abrupt with the order then taking awhile to get us the check. No chit chatting here!

Worst customer service. Guy served us wasn't even in the mood to serve us and gave us attitude. He didn't even offered drinks before he took the order.

Good food and portions. There didn't seem to be enough people working there though because our waiter was always running around and busy so it took a while to get our checks. But overall a very pleasant experience.

Consistent experience each time! I’ve gone here twice during the lunch hour and the food has been spectacular. Their egg drop soup is amazing! Everyone doesn’t know how to make it where it’s flavorful, they have mastered that. The food always taste fresh like it’s made to order and customer service is good. I’ve recommended this place and will continue to return.

My wife and I found this place back in 2011, when we lived a few blocks away... but still drive across town to enjoy their food. Some of the best Chinese we've had in KC in this price range. Atmosphere is only a half-notch above your typical strip mall fare, but service is always great, and the food is consistently good.

The food was good. The wait staff there could have been better. The was a language barrier. We told the qaiter this 3 times and nothing was done until the owner came over and talked to us.

For 6.50 you can get quite a lot of food! I'd go here if you're on a budget for sure. Its also pretty good for what you pay for.

Terrible customer service. On 12/03, we called to check whether they served duck.The lady who picked up was extremely rude. She said that "there was no duck." That's it. It was fine that they did not have duck. However, we then asked what else would she recommend from the menu. She then proceeded to rudely say that "Oh, can you just look at the menu or come here? We have a lot of stuffs". She then talked to some body else and left us hanging on the phone so we decided to hang up and went to the different place. The first impression was so bad that we did not even need to taste the food here.

This place is so great! I live right behind them so we always walk up and our food is ready when we get there. They make super good food and are very accommodating. They make me stuff with tofu instead of meat and the sweet lady there always remembers my order and is so nice. The actual restaurant itself is really nice as well and has a good vibe to it. Definitely one of my favorite Chinese places.

The family dinner was great. Can't believe you get all that food for only $15 per person.

The kung pao chicken is really good.

We enjoy a Christmas night meal here and it was delicious. Their egg drop soup was yummy. Our main dishes were equally flavorful. It was extremely busy but the staff did a nice job taking care of everyone. We plan on making this an annual event for our Christmas tradition.

Good food, clean, decent pricing.

Not so good... Beef was chewy, prices are higher for the quality they provide. There are much better places.

Went for lunch and everything was very good.

Food was dropped off at wrong house!! Delivery driver left food at the door, rang doorbell and didn't hang back and wait to ensure food was left at correct house. Called back and kitchen is closed so can't remake the order.

Hidden gem, great flavor and good service.

Good spot, no buffet, great lunch combos/specials. Lost of variety and all of it seems to be good. Friendly and prompt service. I'd have no second thoughts about returning.

Been going here for several years and have never been let down. Amazing egg drop soup, crab rangoons, and chicken fried rice. I came in last night and got egg drop soup and crab rangoons and while paying I noticed they were pouring all of the sweet and sour sauce from the open containers they leave on the tables back into one larger container. Seemed a little gross and unsanitary. I also found a scab in my soup after getting home and starting to eat. Definitely not the most sanitary, but the food is still great.

I actually really like the food here, but the waiter is awful. Every time I come, the waiter is more rude than the last time, as if he personally doesn’t like us or something. I have never seen another waiter except him. The latest time he was rushing us to order, and when we tried to order he would cut us off “guessing” what we wanted. I’m over it, not coming back unfortunately.

Visited this restaurant summer of 2018 and not a good experience. Now it's summer 2019 and we gave it another go. Table sticky - not clean feeling at all. Restaurant has an un-kept appearance. Food good. However, the rude service really disgusted me again tonight. Unfriendly. Slopped sugary water across the table and on the customer's plate with no regard or apology. A rude, thoughtless, unfriendly, uncaring waiter and dining establishment.

This place is great. We often come here. The fried rice is nice and loose, which I personally love. The twice cooked pork is nice and spicy. Egg rolls are meh, but the spring rolls are good. Very clean, family friendly and not loud. Highly recommend.

General tso's is the best anywhere in KC I have tried so far.
